Steven Coutu is a Florida native, born and raised on the Gulf Coast. After graduating high school, he joined the United States Navy and was fortunate to be stationed in Jacksonville several years ago. During his service, he was stationed at NAS Jacksonville and NS Mayport. Steven now resides in the Jacksonville Beach area with his wife, two sons, and their two dogs.
He takes pride in his attention to detail, dedication to the First Coast and its residents, and commitment to ensuring that every client he works with feels genuinely valued. Steven is passionate about meeting new people and assisting them in any way possible. Having experienced both the challenges of relocating and the joy of finding a dream home, he understands what families go through during these transitions.
